The Basic version of the kit contains the teacher handbook, student text, slant position guides, two pencils.
The basic version contains the teacher handbook with complete lesson plans guiding the introduction of cursive as a gross motor readiness process. The student book provides color/rhythm movement models for patterning by fingertracing as well as models illustrating the application to practice paper. The first unit uses slant print as a tool to master cursive paper holding skills. All cursive forms are introduced and applied in words as the year progresses. The thick triangular pencil aids in developing a correct, relaxed grip. Rhythmic movement is always the goal. The student learns to move the pencil with the voice while chanting “action words” to create a beat.

Included in our Complete Kit is the Animated Letter Cards USB Flash Drive, which serves all levels. By popular request, we created the Complete Kits to include the Flash Drive (because it is so much easier to order a kit than to select individual items from various product categories). We have created two versions to better meet your needs and improve convenience.
